If you're looking for rooms during the 2008 Kentucky Derby you must call our reservation office directly at 1-800-222-8284. This time is so busy and there are so many special requests we prefer to deal with our Derby friends the old fashioned, person to person, way.

Conferences Or Group Events

If you are attending a conference or group event you will need a group ID number to make online reservations. If you do not have your group ID number you will need to call our Reservation Department directly at 1-800-626-2706 to get your number in order to receive the negotiated room rate and availability.

Reservations that require any of the following (see below) will need to be handled by our Reservation Department. If any of the following are involved in your reservation, please call our Reservations Department directly at 1-800-626-2706:

• Purchase Orders
• Rooming Lists
• Reservations Requiring Deposits
• Cancellation Policies other than 48 Hours prior to arrival
